Walter Thompson
Managing Director - AIM Services / Walter Thompson began his credit union career in January 2002 as Financial Analyst for Asset & Investment Management (AIM). Prior to AIM, Walter worked as a Financial Advisor with Paine Webber, where he successfully managed client portfolios, designed investment strategies, and completed an extensive broker training course. Walter enjoys, well, basically every sport known to man and if that isn't enough to keep him busy, he loves fixing up old vehicles. Walter earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Fort Hays State University, Hays, KS, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Wichita State University, Wichita, KS. Walter has earned his Series 7 and Series 66 Securities Licenses and is a registered representative of CU Investment Solutions, Inc.
Julie Chapin
Senior Financial Analyst / Julie has been working in the financial services industry since 1986 and joined the staff of Asset & Investment Management (AIM) as part of the Millennium and Missouri Corporate Credit Union merger in July 2015. Prior to joining Missouri Corporate, she worked as both a retail branch manager and a personal banker. She joined Missouri Corporate Credit Union as a member service representative in 1995, was promoted to assistant director of financial services in 1998, and was named director of the department in 1999. Julie has earned her Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses and is a registered representative of CU Investment Solutions, LLC. Julie is now a Senior Financial Analyst with AIM. Julie earned her B.S. in finance from Northern Michigan University.
Chris Hageman
Director of Investment Services / Chris Hageman began his credit union career in November 2015 as a Financial Analyst for Asset & Investment Management (AIM). Prior to joining AIM, Chris worked as a Supervisor for UPS. Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, major in Finance, minor in Economics, from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. Chris is a registered representative of CU Investment Solutions LLC, and he maintains his series 63 and 7 licenses.
Rachel Dulaney
Director of ALM Operations / Rachel Dulaney has worked in the credit union industry since early 2014 and joined the Asset & Investment Management (AIM) team in February 2018. Her prior experience includes member service and mortgage processing. Rachel holds a double major in Finance and Business Management from Wichita State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Rachel is also a registered representative of CU Investment Solutions LLC, maintaining her SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
Tanner Goertzen
Financial Analyst / Tanner Goertzen joined the Asset & Investment Management (AIM) team In May of 2022. Tanner graduated in May 2022 from Kansas State University. Tanner received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in finance and received Summa Cum Laude honors.
Jacob Cole
Financial Analyst / Jacob Cole started with AIM in December 2022. He graduated from Southwestern College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. Jacob's prior experience includes working at Bombardier Aero on the Accounts Payable team.  
Ian Trebilcock
 
Financial Analyst / Ian Trebilcock graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics in 2021. He then achieved his Master’s degree in Business Administration a year later. Post college, Ian worked at RetireWise Tax and Wealth advisors as an Accounts Manager before moving back home to Wichita to start with AIM.
Ryan Younger
 
Financial Analyst / Ryan Younger joined the Asset & Investment Management (AIM) team in June of 2023. Ryan graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance. His prior experience includes wealth/retirement administration, client service, and banking.
